Astro-Zombies strives to make sure our customers are satisfied every time they order from us. Unfortunately due to the collectible nature of some of the items we sell we are unable to take returns for reasons other than those stated below. Some items are rare at first and do sometimes get reissued or become more readily available. It is for these reasons that we have to follow this policy. If you have questions or need more info about ANY item we sell, please contact us before you order and we will be glad to help you in any way we can. (for example: packaging condition, more photos of older items, anything at all)
 
 
*Defective Items: Any item with a manufacturers defect may be returned to us for replacement with the same item. You will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs as well. In the event the item can not be replaced you will be issued a prompt refund including the shipping costs.
 
 
*Damaged Items: All items sent from Astro-Zombies will be sent out well packaged and insured. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you in the condition it left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, sometimes things do get damaged in transit. In this event a claim will need to be filed with the shipper. We will provide you with any help or information you may need to file your claim in the event this happens.
